Click on the buttons to hear the note for each string.

Each button activates an MP3 file that lasts for about 45 seconds. If the track runs out before you're finished tuning, just click the button again.

It's probably best to detune down to a pitch below your target pitch, and then tune up to pitch. The strings stay in tune better this way.
